The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Supply & Erection: 60 tenders and a 66.7% share
  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 21 tenders and a 23.3% share
  3. Consulting & Similar Services: seven tenders and a 7.8% share
  4. Project Implementation: two tenders and a 2.2% share.

North America leads smart grid activity in Q3 2021

Comparing tenders activity in smart grid segment in different regions of the globe, North America held the top position with 33 tenders and a share of 36.7% during Q3 2021, followed by Asia-Pacific with 21 tenders and a 23.3% share and Middle East and Africa with 14 tenders and a 15.6% share.

Solar is leading technology for smart grid tenders in Q3 2021
