The project was developed by Binhai Smart Wind Power. Golden Concord Holdings and SPIC Jiangsu Electric Power are currently owning the project.
The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.
The project generates 900,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is $855m.

Contractors Involved
Huadian Heavy Industries was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Shanghai Electric Wind Power Equipment was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 75 units of SWT4.0-146 turbines, each with 4MW nameplate capacity.
