The project was developed by Hanwha Q Cells USA and Starwood Energy Group Global. The project is currently owned by Fengate Capital Management with a stake of 100%.
Starwood SSM2 is a ground-mounted solar project.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 12,000 households. The project cost is $150m.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Ontario Power Authority under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

Hanwha Q Cells USA was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Hanwha Q Cells was selected as the supplier of PV modules for the project.
The inverters were procured from SatCon Technology for the project.
Canadian Solar and EDF Renewables were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
