Description
The project is currently owned by Huadian Suzhou Biomass Power Industrial.
The project generates 138.125GWh electricity thereby offsetting 130,722t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Corn straw which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 2 turbines, each with 12.5MW nameplate capacity.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to East China Grid under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 138.13GWh.
