The project was developed by China National Electric Engineering, JO Sinomach and PT Penta Adi Samudra. The project is currently owned by PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali.

China National Electric Engineering, Harbin Electric International, JO Sinomach and PT Penta Adi Samudra were selected to render EPC services for the coal fired power project.
Harbin Electric was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project.
Harbin Electric supplied electric generator for the project.
Harbin Electric supplied steam boiler for the project.
Harbin Electric International is the O&M contractor for thermal power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2014, for a period of 6 years.
