The power generated from the Tararua (Tararua Phase I) is sold to Trustpower under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 31.68MWh.
The power generated from the Tararua (Tararua Phase II) is sold to Trustpower under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 36.3MWh.
The power generated from the Tararua (Tararua Phase III) is sold to Trustpower under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 93MWh.

WSP USA was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Tararua (Tararua Phase I) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V47-660 kW turbines. The phase consists of 48 turbines with 0.66MW nameplate capacity.
Tararua (Tararua Phase II) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V47-660 kW turbines. The phase consists of 55 turbines with 0.66MW nameplate capacity.
Tararua (Tararua Phase III) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V90-3.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 31 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.
Vestas Wind Systems was contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
The Tararua (Tararua Phase I), consists of Lattice towers supplied by CS Wind. These towers are around 40m high.
The Tararua (Tararua Phase II), consists of Lattice towers supplied by CS Wind. These towers are around 40m high.
The Tararua (Tararua Phase III), consists of 65m high towers supplied by CS Wind.
