Tata Inti solar project, Chile

Tata Inti solar project is a 75MW solar PV power project. It is planned in Tarapaca, Chile. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2022 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2022.

Description

The project is being developed by Andes Mainstream. Aela Energia and Andes Mainstream are currently owning the project.

Tata Inti solar project is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 175 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 150,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $250m.

The solar power project consists of 270,000 modules.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2022.
