Description

The project was developed by Suzlon Energy, Tornado Solarfarms and UPC Renewables. CLP Holdings and Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.

The project cost is $30.789m.

The project got commissioned in October 2017.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Solar Energy Corporation of India under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.056kWh for a period of 25 years.

Contractors Involved

Canadian Solar (USA) was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company supplied modules with rated capacity of 320W.
