The project generates 120GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 25,000 households. The project cost is $446.202m.

Torsvik 2 Biomass Power Plant is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Forest residue which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
