The project is being developed by Luminora Solar Tres. TotalEnergies and Powertis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 65% and 35% respectively.

Tres Solar PV Park 2 is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 162.14 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 180,000MWh electricity to offset 48,600t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
