Tymien is a 50MW onshore wind power project. It is located in West Pomerania, Poland. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in 2006.

Description

The project was developed by EEZ Sp.z.o.o. Enerco spolka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia Sp. K and Invenergy are currently owning the project.

The project generates 100,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 46,000 households. The project cost is $102.5m.

Development Status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in 2006.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Zaklad Energetyczny under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

EEZ Sp.z.o.o was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 25 units of V80-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
