Uplave Biopower Plant is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Bagasse which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in November 2015.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution under a power purchase agreement.
