The project is developed and owned by EuroSibEnergo.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 59,400 million cubic meter. The net head of the project is 86.5m. Ust-Ilimskaya underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2006-2010. The project generated 21,700 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $7,174.579m.

Contractors Involved
Power Machines was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 16 units of francis turbines, each with 240MW nameplate capacity.
Power Machines supplied 16 electric generators for the project.
