The process of landfill has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Landfill gas is used as a feedstock to power the project.
The project consists of 1 turbine with 6MW nameplate capacity.
Contractors Involved
Caterpillar Energy Solutions was selected as the gas turbine supplier for the project. The company provided 1 unit of One Mars 100 turbine with 11MW nameplate capacity.
