Description

The project was developed by BJL4 Solar, Quaatro Participacoes and Vila Energia Renovavel S/S. The project is currently owned by Total Eren with a stake of 45%.

Vila Reno Solar PV park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 50 hectares.

The project generates 43,830MWh of electricity. The project cost is $21.03m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in November 2018.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Camara de Comercializacao de Energia Eletrica under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 20MW.

Contractors Involved

JA Solar Holdings was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 77,000 modules each with 325W of nameplate capacity.
