The project is currently owned by UAB Vilniaus Energija with a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.
