The project was developed by Invenergy. Southern and Invenergy are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 90.1% and 9.9% respectively.
The project generates 1,305,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 32,000 households. The project cost is $470.355m.
The project has 80m high towers.
Development Status
The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in October 2016.
Power Purchase Agreement
ERCOT Wholesale Market and Owens Corning are the power offtakers from the project.
Contractors Involved
GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 150 units of 1.7-100 turbines, each with 1.715MW nameplate capacity.
