KEPCO installed 28 MW (7 MWh) of Li-ion battery based energy storage for frequency regulation. Kokam provided Lithium-titanate (LTO) based Lithium Polymer battery energy storage for 16 MW / 5.4 MWh and LG Chem provided 12 MW.
