Description
The project is currently owned by Evergy Metro.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Panhandle Pipeline.
The project generated 32,771MWh of electricity.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in June 2003.
Contractors Involved
Effective Project was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 4 units of 7E.03 gas turbines, each with 91.3MW nameplate capacity.
GE Power supplied electric generator for the project.
