The project was developed by Zhejiang Zhongda Sanchuan Hydropower Development. Yunnan Zhongda Yanjin Power Generation and Zhejiang Zhongda Sanchuan Hydropower Development are currently owning the project.

White Water (White Water Powerstation I) consists of 2 units of kaplan turbines with 7.5MW nameplate capacity.

White Water (White Water Powerstation II) consists of 2 units of kaplan turbines with 7.5MW nameplate capacity.

White Water (White Water Powerstation III) consists of 2 units of francis turbines with 24MW nameplate capacity.

Development status

The project got commissioned in 2007.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Central China Grid under a power purchase agreement.
