Description

The project was developed by E.ON Climate & Renewables North America. Enbridge and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 57,769 households, offsetting 360,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $400m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Indiana Michigan Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2012. The contracted capacity is 100MW.

Contractors Involved

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 125 units of 1.6-100 turbines, each with 1.6MW nameplate capacity.
