Description

The project is currently owned by Tenaska.

It is a Gas Turbine power plant that is used for Peakload. The fuel is procured from East Tennessee Natural Gas Co.

The project generated 48,291MWh of electricity.

Contractors Involved

Mitsubishi Power Aero was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 5 units of FT8 Twin Pac gas turbines, each with 50MW nameplate capacity.

Mitsubishi Power Aero supplied electric generator for the project.
