It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The project got commissioned in December 2009.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Liaoning Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

Harbin Turbine was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project. The company provided 2 units of C260/N330-16.7/538/538 steam turbines, each with 330MW nameplate capacity.

Harbin Electric Machinery supplied QFSN 330-2 electric generator for the project.

Harbin Boiler supplied steam boiler for the project.
