Description
The project is currently owned by Shandong Yucheng Xinyuan Heat & Power.
The project generates 71.442GWh electricity thereby offsetting 189,552t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Yucheng Biomass Power Plant is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Others which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to North China Grid under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine Group was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project.
Jiangxi Jianglian Energy & Environment supplied steam boiler for the project.
