Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by C-Tech, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi Corp Energy Solutions and Venti-Japan. The owners have 25% stake in the project respectively.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 600,000 households. The project will be spread over an area of 130.404km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed monopile foundations.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2026. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2030.

Contractors involved

GE Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 65 turbines, each with 12.6MW nameplate capacity.
