Yusui Solar PV Park is a 32.3MW solar PV power project. It is located in Kagoshima, Japan. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in June 2017.

Description

The project was developed by SB Energy. The project is co-owned by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and SB Energy, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Yusui Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 36.2 hectares.

The project generates 35,582MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 9,883 households. The project cost is $67.245m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in June 2017.

Contractors Involved

Kyudenko was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 124,000 modules each with 260W of nameplate capacity.
