Zahrani Combined Cycle Power Plant is a 435MW oil fired power project. It is located in Lebanon. The project is currently active. It has been developed in multiple phases. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in 1998.

The project was developed by Ansaldo Energia and Siemens. The project is currently owned by Electricite du Liban.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is diesel. In case of shortage of diesel the plant can also run on Gas.
The project got commissioned in 1998.
The Oil fired project have been supplied by Ansaldo Energia and Siemens.
The electric generators for the project were procured from Ansaldo Energia and Siemens.
Ansaldo Energia supplied steam boiler for the Zahrani Combined Cycle Power Plant (Zahrani Combined Cycle Power Plant Phase I Gas Turbine).
YTL Power Services Sdn is the O&M contractor for thermal power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2011, for a period of 5 years.
