Description

The project is currently owned by Evraz.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is coal. In case of shortage of coal the plant can also run on Coke Oven Gas and Blast Furnace Gas.

Development Status

The project construction commenced in 1958 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in August 1963.

Contractors Involved

The Coal fired project have been supplied by Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod and Ural Turbine Works.

NPO Elsib supplied TVF-120-2, Hydrogen Cooled electric generator for the project.
