The project was developed by Inversiones Empresariales Vapat, S.L.U.
The project generates 15,300MWh electricity thereby offsetting 59,670t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Contractors Involved
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 22 units of V90 turbines, each with 1.9MW nameplate capacity.
Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 12 years.
