The project is currently owned by Huaneng Power International with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant.

The power generated from the project is sold to State Grid Shandong Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.

Dongfang Turbine was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project. The company provided 2 units of C165/135-13.24/1.0/535/535 steam turbines, each with 165MW nameplate capacity.
Shanghai Boiler Works supplied steam boiler for the project.
