Enbridge, in partnership with Renewable Energy Systems Americas (RES Americas), has completed construction of the 250MW Cedar Point wind project in Colorado, US.
The project has been built at an estimated cost of $535m.

Xcel Energy subsidiary Public Service Company of Colorado will purchase power generated by the project, under a long-term contract.
