Fluor Corporation has received consent from the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) to build a new 540MW natural gas-fired power plant in Texas, US.
LCRA’s Ferguson Replacement Project, received permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
