Spanish wind farm developer Gamesa has entered into an agreement to sell the 38MW Chestnut Flats wind farm to enXco in Pennsylvania, US.
The power project comprises of 18 G90-2.0MW units and one G87-2.0MW wind turbine.

The sale is anticipated to be closed by the end of 2011 after enXco authorises full ownership, subject to meeting typical closing conditions.
Jiddu Tapia, Gamesa chief development officer for North America, said: "Through this sale Gamesa demonstrates our capabilities as a world leader in the manufacturing of wind turbines and an industry leader in the development, construction and sale of wind farms in North America."
