Moser Baer Clean Energy (MBCE) has built and commissioned a 4.99MW greenhouse solar PV park in Sardinia, Italy.

The Su Scioffu solar farm has been built on a 15,000m² area and will use 20,832 c-Si solar modules of 240W each.

The energy generated from the solar farm will be transferred to the local 150kV substation.

MBCE partnered with Italy-based power plant developer Brain’s to execute the project, which was completed in nine weeks.

Currently, MBCE is building the next phase of the 15MW greenhouse solar PV park, which will be complete next month.
