Premier Power is to construct four photovoltaic (PV) power plants totaling 16.2MW in Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria.
The company will deliver the projects in joint venture with European EPC firm Plaan Czech.
A Czech Republic-based private investment company will provide finance for the projects ranging from 3MW to 5MW.
Construction has begun and completion is scheduled for the end of the year.
