SunTergrid has finalised the sale of Nuova Rete Solare (NRS) to RTR Holding III for €264m.
Under the terms of the multi-annual contracts, SunTergrid’s parent company Terna will provide maintenance, surveillance and monitoring for all NRS-owned plants.
Terna Group is the first independent operator in Europe and owner of the National High Voltage Electricity Transmission Grid with more than 63,500km of HV lines throughout the Italian territory.
