The agreement provides for implementation of joint projects and initiatives; coordination of activities in the field of developing a human-centric approach to training and personnel development; cooperation between the youth and women’s industry communities of the two countries; and much more.
“We are always open to dialogue and are interested in developing a partnership with the Chinese State Nuclear Industry Corporation in terms of personnel, including in the multilateral format that we have established within the framework of the BRICS-based Nuclear Energy Platform,” noted Tatyana Terentyeva. “We are convinced that the agreement and road map signed today will make it possible to clearly define stages, goals and areas of responsibility, which will certainly increase the effectiveness of joint work. We hope to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the development of the high-tech labour market and human resources.”
