Wind and solar have increased their combined share of power generation significantly over the past five years.

The project will be located in one of the company's upcoming energy parks in Karnataka and is scheduled for commissioning within three years.
Drax facilitates around 2,000 embedded third-party renewable assets as part of its Drax Energy Solutions operations.
The power is expected to supply over 30 billion kWh annually to the Yangtze River Delta, reducing carbon emissions by more than 22 million tonnes.
Once fully operational the system will supply up to 90% of the resort’s electricity.
