Single-ply / multi-ply expansion joints

All expansion joints from DME are designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements. We provide the following metal expansion joints in single ply / multi-ply construction:

High / low pressure expansion joints

DME manufactures a wide variety of high / low pressure expansion joints in both standard and custom designs with end connections available to match your existing pipe system. We offer an expansion joint size range from 1.5in through to 120in diameter.

High-pressure flexible metal hose assemblies

DME fabricates flexible metal high-pressure hose assemblies in sizes from ¼in through to 14in diameter. The hoses are fabricated in 300 series stainless steel with a wide variety of end connections and pressure ratings. Every assembly is pressure tested to ensure a tight leak installation.

Diesel exhaust flex connectors

Flexible exhaust connectors are used for diesel generator or pump-driven applications, to isolate engine vibration and allow for the thermal expansion of the exhaust pipe and reduce the load on the turbo charger.

DME provides diesel exhaust flex end connections to match all engine manufacturers’ special flanged units. We also manufacture diesel exhaust flex connectors to meet individual applications. Sizes range from 1in to 48in (diameter).
