Based in Germany, BS Vertriebsbüro GmbH is a global supplier of bulk material handling and processing systems for the power industry. We manufacture silo equipment and components for material handling activities in power generation facilities and a range of other industries, including construction (limestone, concrete and cement), chemical, pharmaceutical and mining.

LOADING SYSTEMS

BS Vertriebsbüro's specialised range of jet loaders provides an efficient and environmentally safe way of transferring large or powdery materials such as plaster or cement. Our Big Bag unloading system and specially designed impeller packer for use with valve bags are also popular ranges that help to prevent the overfilling / spilling of grain-based construction materials. By preventing damage to silo facilities and the wider environment, our loading systems help to save money at the material handling process stage.

OVERFILL PROTECTION

Silos containing powdery substances often suffer from overfilling. Overfill accidents can cause significant damage to the silo, the connected filter system and the local environment. BS Vertriebsbüro's modular Overfill Security System helps prevent this hazard from developing and can be adjusted according to the customer's specific needs.

SCREWS

BS Vertriebsbüro manufactures conveyor screws for the handling (ascending or horizontal) of dry granular materials. Screws are assembled using a building block system consisting of standard size tubes. Our standard gear drives are used throughout the building industry, while the majority of our range features three transmission ratios and are equipped with 4-pole, IEC standard motors that provide 2.2kW to 22kW outputs.

DIVERTER VALVES

Our diverter valves are designed to re-route the flow of materials through high- or low-pressure conveying pipelines.

The TYPE SRW diverter valve is essential in applications where bulk construction goods are used in a two-way approach via pneumatic high- and low-pressure conveyor systems. Bulk goods can be safely stored at temperatures up to 180°C due to the variable nature of sealing materials used in our diverter valves.

ROTARY VALVES

BS Vertriebsbüro's rotary valves are used for the rapid dosing of numerous bulk materials from silo and bunker facilities. The hard-chrome cast housings of our rotary valves ensure that powdered bulk materials are discharged in a measured fashion. Steel and stainless steel product versions will be available soon.

The discharge output is graduated by a variety of valve option settings: manual control gears, frequency-controlled motors and rotational drive speeds.

FLOW BOW ELBOW

The elbows of pneumatic silos are often vulnerable to rapid 'wear and tear' from the transference of bulk goods. Repairing this damage is hugely disruptive to the material handling process and can bring industrial workflows to a complete halt.

BS Vertriebsbüro Flow Bow elbow resists wear caused by highly abrasive materials and can be applied to pneumatic dense phase conveying systems. Transferred material can be directed to slide over the Flow Bow's bolster, ensuring that the inner walls are effectively protected against wear by friction.
