The project is co-owned by Cleco Power and Southwestern Electric Power, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The fuel is procured from Dolet Hills Lignite Company, Enlink.
The project generated 2,445,090MWh of electricity.
