Description

The project is currently owned by Southern Power with a stake of 100%.

It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Southern Natural Gas Company.

The project generated 515,601MWh of electricity.

The Gas fired project consists of 4 gas turbines, each with 175.3MW nameplate capacity.
