Description
The project is being developed by Asokh Energie. Eranove and Gabonese Strategic Investment Fund (FGIS) are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.
The project is expected to generate 550 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 3 units of pelton turbines.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2027.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Government Of Gabon under a power purchase agreement for a period of 30 years.
