Enel Green Power through its subsidiary Enel Green Power International has signed an agreement with the Danish Government’s Export Credit Agency (EKF) to secure finance of €112m.
The funds will be used to support development of Enel Green Power Romania’s wind power plants to reach a total installed capacity of 118MW.

The wind projects are to be built with an investment of €180m.
In addition, the firms have also signed a master facilities agreement, setting out the general loan terms and conditions.
Citigroup has been appointed as the agent and facilitator for the project.
