DONG Energy has signed a sales and purchase agreement with Shell UK to acquire 100% of the shares of Shell Gas Direct for £30m.

Shell Gas Direct, a UK-based gas sales and marketing company has an annual supply of around 2.5 billion cubic metres of natural gas.
