The acquisition facilitates comprehensive service offerings, particularly in the energy procurement advisory sector, to businesses throughout the US.

With more than 2GW of community solar capacity, Arcadia operates the largest portfolio in the country, assisting 2,500 organisations in securing localised clean energy contracts. The platform conducts millions of solar and storage analyses each year.
The transaction expands Arcadia’s capabilities to provide a comprehensive solution for integrating both onsite and offsite solar into wider energy procurement strategies.
It enables the company to offer customised solutions tailored to the specific needs of an individual’s meter load and market conditions, unlike traditional brokers and advisors.
The energy procurement advisory services offered by the company after the acquisition include flexible supply agreements, community solar, direct renewable energy purchases, behind-the-meter solar and storage, demand-side management, utility tariff optimisation and other data-driven solutions.
