Envision Energy and GES have entered into a strategic partnership to scale battery energy storage systems (BESSs) and wind power in Spain and wider Europe, aiming to accelerate the region’s clean energy transition.
The agreement focuses on the large-scale deployment of BESSs and wind turbine generators (WTGs), reinforcing both companies’ positions in Spain’s renewable energy market.

The collaboration encompasses the entire value chain for BESS and WTG plants, including construction, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
This approach aims to enhance efficiency and expedite the rollout of clean energy infrastructure across the region.
Under the framework agreement, Envision Energy will deliver training and digital tools to bolster GES’ technical and operational capabilities in both BESSs and WTGs.
In return, GES will utilise Envision Energy’s advanced digital platforms to improve project visibility, streamline order dispatching, and optimise execution efficiency.

Last month, Envision Energy announced a partnership for Kazakhstan’s 1GW Mirny Wind Farm, marking the country’s inaugural renewable energy project.
