Standard and customized waterblasting units

In addition to standard waterblasting units, we offer customized units designed to your exacting specifications. Our products for the power generating industry include:

Rotary Hose Device for high-pressure waterblasting

High-pressure waterblasting can be performed with accessories like the Rotary Hose Device (RHD), which is used for cleaning process piping up to 1,500ft in length and diameters up to 20in. The RHD can handle pressures up to 20,000psi with flows of 75gpm. Add to the RHD nozzle holders with multiple configurations and an operator can clean and unplug the most challenging situations.

KMT Aqua-Dyne offers both standard and customized waterblasting units.
High-pressure waterblasting can be performed with accessories like the Rotary Hose Device (RHD).
Surface preparation units can be used to remove paint and coatings without the need for abrasive.

Surface preparation units for coating removal

Surface preparation units can be used to remove paint and coatings without the need for abrasive. With our mini-scrubber, the water and coating can be vacuumed at the time of removal, leaving a surface ready to recoat in around 20min. Using water to remove coatings reduces the need for coverings and eliminates the cost of abrasive purchasing, storage, cleanup and disposal. Using water to remove coatings is much safer for the operators and the environment.

Hydrostatic test units

Hydrostatic test units can be supplied that offer a broad range of pressures and flows for most testing applications. We offer units that are diesel or electrically powered with various levels of automation. Our electrical test units can be designed to be used in corrosive explosive environments. Additional features include high-volume prefill pumps and customized control panels. If you have a hydrostatic testing requirement, we have a solution for you.
