Oldham Engineering is a turnkey project management expert, providing in-house services in design, coded fabrication (BSEN ISO 3834-2), medium-heavy (30t – 10m) precision computer numerical control (CNC) machining and robot welding.

We also offer complex assembly and testing for custom projects and batch production. We have a wide range of qualifications and certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001.

Fabrication and machining for power industry

Oldham Engineering stainless-steel, carbon steel and exotic alloy fabrications meet high industry standards. We offer full segregation and ferroxyl testing. Our in-house resident welding co-ordinator (RWC) is qualified to CSWIP 3.1 and PCN Level 2. Oldham Engineering supports weld test qualification and NDE that is included under ISO 3834-2.

Our broad range of CNC machinery offers optimum performance, reliability and accuracy. The high-end CNC machines, as well as horizontal and vertical borers, enable us to deliver high-integrity batch or custom fabrication projects.

Fitting, testing and assembly for power industry

Our skilled team of engineering fitters is experienced in providing solutions involving hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics. Complex mechanical projects can be assembled to test interfaces of components and working mechanisms, as well as in-house test requirements for pressure, load, leak and factory acceptance test (FAT).

Our qualified personnel rigorously inspect our fabrication, machining and fitting processes, using our temperature-controlled inspection room, CMM inspection table and portable FARO arm. Our quality department maintains the required level of documentation and traceability and ensures that every project complies with industry standards.
