Turner Designs Promote Long-Standing Employee to Vice President, General Manager

Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments of Fresno, CA is pleased to announce the promotion of David Doting to the position of vice president, general manager.

“Mr. Doting brings over 15 years of upper level management experience to our organization. My partner, Mark Fletcher, and I are pleased at the organizational changes, which allow me to focus on sales and marketing, and on the relationships with our very important international dealer network,” says Gary Bartman, president.

David’s management skills along with his engineering knowledge are a terrific benefit to a company like ours with such technical products. Our company has experienced more than 20% average annual growth in the almost seven years we have been in business, and it is time to solidify the organization for the future,” Mr Bartman adds.

David is a graduate in engineering from California State University San Louis Obispo with over 18 years of experience in industrial wastewater systems and more recently, UV fluorescence sensor systems for water quality monitoring. This includes seven years at the former parent company.
